We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only upon the manufacturer's inspection. Kindly call or send us an email with photos at info@suitedreams.ca to discuss the nature of the defect or damage. Further details will be provided once we receive your email as to how to proceed.

All items are non-refundable. Please feel free to contact us in order to receive a sample of the linens prior to ordering.

Many of our items are unique and made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of these products, delivery times can vary between 1-8 weeks. Please contact the store directly to inquire about the specific turnaround time for each item. Once the order is ready to ship, we will provide a tracking number for your reference.
